At present, she teaches Balinese dance at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Belgrade, directs and choreographs performances, performs, and organizes seminars and workshops on various Asian dance and theatre forms, and the issues concerning cultural diversity, intercultural theatre and contemporary approach to dance and theatre traditions of various nations. In 2004 she has commenced the Dance, Language, Identity project and founded Mudra Theatre and Center for Performance Research within which she explores dance as language that crosses geographical, political and cultural borders, and searches for the communication between dance forms from various cultures. BORIS ČAKŠIRAN Boris Čakširan is a choreographer, costume designer, painter, and theatre director. He graduated as a painter and costume designer at the University of Arts in Belgrade and specialized in Great Britain and the USA. At present, Boris is the artistic director of the ERGstatus Project, which was established in 1998 in Belgrade. Within this project he leads two dance troupes and seminars with international guest artists, as well as independent workshops. From 1996 he worked as a dance teacher and chorographer in one of the best schools for contemporary dance in Israel - MASPA - Mateh Asher School for Performing Arts, at the University of Haifa, and the Rubin Academy in Jerusalem. From 1995 he leads the Program for Independent Projects at the International Festival of Contemporary Dance in Poland. For the past several years he has been leading the drama workshops in Cecina, Italy. His work with young people from the outskirts of the society, as well as in the field of Dance Therapy, was presented at Duke University in Durham, USA. As a set designer he worked on many large-scale projects both in Serbia and abroad, on television and in film. He collaborated with the largest companies for costume construction, such as Western Costume Company, Hollywood, Berman's & Nathan's, London, as well as Bolshoi Theater, Moscow. In cinematography he worked as a costume designer in many co-productions with Italy, France, and the USA. He was awarded many international scholarships and received numerous awards in the field of costume design. He is a member and a founding member of many international associations.
